心动过速,还窦性的

公司之前体检,临近之时我越来越觉得心虚。想到自己宅了这么久,从毕业到现在,基本上就没有真正意义上炼过。人说,自作孽不可活,我没有作孽,但也没有尽善,不知道会活的怎样!于是告诫自己,如果这次查出来我的身体并无大恙,我就立马去好好锻炼下身体。我还年轻,还有很多事情没经历过,可不能正当壮年,就身残了!

检验的结果出来了,仔细端详了下,大恙并无,当然也可能是没查出来,于是心情彻底放松了下,只是有个心电图的结果让人心有余悸,我的心跳每秒106。
医生问我是不是紧张,我说没有。这是真话,那房间内除了医生(注意是个男的)和一个机器外什么都没,我实在想不出我有什么好紧张的,除非那机器紧张了。于是我追问,如果不是紧张,会是什么原因呢?医生含糊不清,说再查一下,于是我想还是先去google上查下吧。

窦性心动过速…以前在看见美女时,那心跳会加速,原来医学上把这叫心动过速,居然还有窦性一说。当然这些都是心房内事,除了医生,外人多少不了解,也没什么大不了。
google了下,貌似很普遍的一个症状;凡事只要一普遍,自然就众说纷纭,医学也不例外。

有说:烟、酒、茶、咖啡和药物如异丙肾上腺素和阿托品常引起窦性心动过速。这个有点可能。
有说:因高度紧张、焦虑、忧郁,情绪激动而引起窦性心动过速。这个很有可能。
也有人说:失眠可诱发心律失常,导致心动过速。这个于我是绝对不可能的。我周围的人中,说睡眠质量,我说我第二,没人敢说第一,我每天倒床基本就能睡着,我几乎不做梦,当然排除那些我做了而不记得的,不过一般我做梦都记得,因为梦做得少,所以格外视之珍贵,我会努力的去记起。

从今开始养心,戒掉心动,直接行动,好好锻炼身体,争取节制性的生活。
